Why Should I register an account?
Registering an account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and receive e-mails about your order.
With a kingstampede.com account you can:
- Save your shipping and billing information and take advantage of Express Checkout
- Check your order status and review your order history
- Be automatically signed up to receive communication and special promotions from kingstampede.com
How do I register an account?
Go to the My Account section at the top of the page and follow the prompts to create a username and password. You need only to provide us with your name and email address to register an account.
Do I need and account to make an online purchase?
No, you may place an order and check out without registering an account by clicking the “checkout as a guest” option on the checkout page.
Registering an account is helpful for those who wish to store billing information and take advantage of the Express Checkout option.
How can I retrieve my password?
Go to the My Account section at the top of the page and click on the “forgot password” link. Please enter the email address you used to sign up for your account and we’ll send a temporary password to the email address.
Once you have logged in with your temporary password, go to the profile section of My Account and click the “Change Password” link to select a new password.
Shipping and Returns
Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless otherwise specified.
Ordering & Payment:
You will be automatically updated of your order status, via email, as it changes. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. You will receive a second email that includes tracking information once your order has shipped.
You may also check the status of your order by logging into your kingstampede.com account and clicking the Order History tab. You must register for an account with kingstampede.com to check your order status online.
Kingstampede.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Kingstampede.com does not accept checks, cash or money orders.
Using a Promotional Code
From time to time kingstampede.com offers special discounts that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the code on the Shopping Bag page and hit the “Apply” button. The discount will be applied to your order at checkout. Please note, any returns made from an order where a promotional code was used will be fully refunded, however a new code will not be re-issued.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: New York.
Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. Many states, including Colorado, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Vermont require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Products & Shipping Errors
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. In the event you you did not receive your order in full, we will send you out the replacement item ASAP, no refunds will be issued. Please contact Customer Service via email at email@example.com prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.
